After 12 years of facilitating discussion among apprenticeship stakeholders across Canada, the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum – Forum canadien sur l’apprentissage (CAF-FCA) is introducing a new way for the community to share ideas, opportunities and opinions.
If you’ve ever participated at a National Forum Dialogue, read an issue of the Canadian Apprenticeship Journal or attended a CAF-FCA conference, you’ll appreciate the importance of sharing perspectives and identifying solutions to common challenges. Last year, dozens of employers and stakeholders told us these connections are critical. Now, CAF-FCA is leveraging technology to meet the community’s call for additional opportunities to connect.
Along with a revamped, more interactive website, this blog is designed to showcase ideas and foster constructive discussions. We’ll post updates from CAF-FCA, including upcoming events, the status of ongoing projects and what we’re hearing from the apprenticeship community across the country. We’d also like to hear from you.
I invite you to check out our submission guidelines and share your views, your projects and your apprenticeship initiatives. Join the national apprenticeship discussion! Keep up with the blog through the RSS Feed, and feel free to comment or add your perspective.
